: Internal walls shall have sponge finish and shall be painted with White wash.

Bathrooms shall have ceramic tiles dado up to  ' 5 ' feet.

CEILING

: Ceiling have Sponge Finish and shall be painted with ' JANATHA CEM '.

SHELVES

: Sufficient provision for shelfs in hall, Bed Rooms and Kitchen 

KITCHEN

: Granite slab platform with granite sink and drain board. Ceramic tile dado upto

 2 ' Feet, provision for exhaust fan and suitable number of electrical  points for 

kitchen appliance.

ELECTRICAL

: Concealed wiring with Copper wires with standard switches with adequate

points for power and lighiting .Distribution board will be provided. Television

and Telephone points shall be provided in living  Room and Bed Room.

BATHROOMS

: CP Fitting are standard make.
