What you are looking at

The gallery is grouped into three, and the filters above switch between them. They show different stages of the same work, and it is worth knowing which is which before you judge a project by a picture.

Brochures

Scans of the project brochures: layout maps with numbered plots, floor plans with plot and plinth areas, specification tables listing the materials used, and location maps showing how each venture connects to the surrounding roads. These are the most detailed thing here. If you want to know what a 30x40 plot actually yields in built-up area, or which amenities a layout has committed to, the answer is usually in a brochure page rather than a photograph.

Elevations

Three-dimensional renders of houses, villas and apartment blocks. A render shows the intended design rather than a finished building, which is exactly what it is for at the planning stage — but it is worth treating it as a design drawing and not as a photograph of something that exists.

Realtime

Photographs taken on site: completed houses, occupied streets, apartment blocks, commercial buildings and layouts part-way through construction. These are the most useful images on the page. A render shows the intention; a photograph of a layout handed over several years ago shows whether the roads, drainage and boundary walls have held up, which is the thing worth judging a developer on.

Seeing it in person

Photographs are a starting point, not a substitute for a site visit. If a project here interests you, the listings pages carry the plot sizes, approvals and current stage for each, and our team will arrange a visit. Older layouts are as worth walking as the new ones — arguably more so.
