: RCC  Framed Structure designed for G+2 floors  with Red

Brick  Walls  & Cement  Mortar plastering.

FLOORING  

: Vitrified tiles in living room & Dining romm  and Anti - Skid Ceramic Tiles 

for all other areas.

MAIN DOOR

: Teak wood frames with Teakwood Shutters.

: Internal doors : Country  wood frames with American Poly coated  flush doors.

WINDOWS

Nallamaddi  Frame  and  Rudraganapa  Shutter with glass, 

Windows shall be provided with safety grills..

Doors   6  Nos,     Windows   8  Nos   &   Ventilators   2  Nos

WALL FINISHING

: Internal walls shall have smoothened finish and shall be painted with plastic 

: Emulsion paint, External walls shall have mixture of textured finish  and good 

quality exterior paints. All Bathrooms shall have ceramic tiles dado up to  ' 7 ' feet.

CEILING

: Ceiling have Smooth Finish and shall be painted with Plastic Emulsion paint.

SHELVES

: Sufficient provision of shelfs in hall, Bed Rooms and Kitchen 

KITCHEN

Granite slab platform with granite sink and drain board. Ceramic tile dado upto

3 ' Feet, provision for exhaust fan and suitable number of electrical  points for 

kitchen appliance.

ELECTRICAL

: Anchor make Copper wires with Anchor switches with adequate

points for power and lighiting .Distribution board will be provided. Television

and Telephone points shall be provided in living  Room and Bed Room.

ELECTRICAL

: Anchor make Fans & Tubes  will be provided.

BATHROOMS

: CP Fitting are standard make  &  Individual overhead storage tanks.
