Plots and Projects for Sale in Hyderabad

The west corridor, and why our projects sit there

Hyderabad has grown west for the better part of two decades, following the employment in the Financial District, Gachibowli and the wider HITEC City belt, and the Outer Ring Road turned a set of scattered villages into a connected ring. Our ventures follow that line: Kollur closest to the Financial District, Bowrampet and Bachupally to the north-west, Patancheru and Chanda Nagar along the Miyapur corridor, and Shadnagar to the south on NH-44.

These are genuinely different markets rather than one corridor at different prices. Kollur commands the highest entry cost and the shortest commute. Bowrampet is the value end, with development already underway. Bachupally is established enough to move into rather than wait. Miyapur and Patancheru trade on transport, and the approved Metro Phase 2 extension runs through that belt.

Approvals here differ from Kurnool

In and around Hyderabad the approval to look for is HMDA, or DTCP depending on where the layout falls, together with RERA registration for the project. The rest of the checks are the familiar ones: a sanctioned layout plan with a verifiable approval number, thirty-year link documents and encumbrance certificate, and road access you have walked rather than viewed on a map. Unapproved layouts are not rare in this corridor, and the discount rarely compensates for the risk.

Our comparison of Kollur, Bowrampet, Bachupally and Miyapur goes through each area in turn.
